ICT for EU-India Cross-Cultural Dissemination

SUMMARY

The project aims at creating a network for developing collaborations and exchanges between EU-Indian Universities, R&D Research Centres and SMEs in the areas of integrating new communication technologies in education and dissemination of entrepreneurial research know/how from academia to business, with particular reference to heritage and e-governance.

The target groups are academics, research workers and post-graduates in ICT, businesses, professionals and experts in ICT, chief executives from central and state government agencies.

The project will focus on workgroups, post-graduates and experts exchange, workshops, conferences. In order to disseminate the results of the project a digital platform will be developed. The network will be the catalyst for the establishment at the end of the activities of a “Virtual Centre for Knowledge Dissemination”.

ACTIVITIES & WORKFLOW

The overall duration of the project is 36 months.
The project will focus on:

• 9 workgroups;
• 18 post-graduates and experts exchange;
• 9 workshops;
• 3 conferences;
• implementation of ICT tools.
