Level of involvement and activity of other organisations (partners or others) in the project
The Università di Udine is strongly involved in all activities, given that it is the project co-ordinator and has specific expertise and skills in the methodologies to be employed. It is even responsible for dissemination activities, two workgroups, two workshops, one conference and for the creation and implementation of the digital platform.
The Università di Genova is the first European partner, which aids the applicant in carrying out the project activities like dissemination, workshops etc., and brings its high level expertise in workgroups. It is responsible for two workgroups and two workshops, but supports widely the partners in other activities.
The Universidad Politécnica de Valencia is the second European partner, which aids the applicant in carrying out the project activities like dissemination, workshops etc., and brings its high level expertise in workgroups. It is responsible for two workgroups, two workshops and one conference, but supports widely the partners in other activities.
B.M Birla Science Centre in Hyderabad is the Indian partner and is involved in project activities and dissemination, due to its location and mission. It is responsible for three workgroups, three workshops, one conference and for the creation of the needed ICT tools in order to support the development of the digital platform.

Reasons for the role of each partner
The Università di Udine is strongly involved in Research and Technology transfer and its staff is member of several academic and industrial Associations studying themes about ICT and advanced technologies. So it proposes this topic at international level with the aim to encourage and support a stronger relationship with India, which is very involved in such economical phenomenon.
The Università di Genova is primarily involved in working on core competencies through scientific activities. In this respect, the whole University of Genoa has a long-standing involvement in ICT research and technology transfer, in very close contact with some large ICT solution providers located in Genoa and the rest of North-Western Italy.
The Universidad Politécnica de Valencia has relevant experiences in the field of ICT. Its location in Spain, supports easier contacts with an area very involved in use of advanced IT solution for enterprise management and education.
B.M Birla Science Centre in Hyderabad is a division of the Birla Archaelogical and Cultural Research Centre which is a registered public charitable institution. It has a wide expertise and knowledge of Indian milieu, with an advanced approach to eductional, research and documentation, as well as a vast experience of collaboration with European countries, and EU projects. Moreover, its location in an developing area of India and its organisational mission provides the network with strong connections to local SMEs and other institutions involved in technology transfer and R&D, such as the Software Technology Parks of India.

Team proposed for implementation of the project
Several researchers of the Universities and Research Institutes make up the team. They are skilled in the methodologies above described to reach the project results. The main actors are:

  1. The project co-ordinator (Furio Honsell): he provides expertise in project management and is responsible to co-ordinate the network members to achieve the project goals.
  2. The partner representatives (Stefano Rovetta, María Alpuente Frasnedo, B.G. Sidharth): they represents the single partner within the project. Moreover they co-ordinate their resources to carry out the planned activities and co-operate with other partners.
  3. The steering committee (SC): it is made up by the co-ordinator and the partner representative providing the skills necessary to carry out all the activities.
  4. The project experts: Furio Honsell, Luca Chittaro, Moreno Falaschi, Carlo Tasso, Bruno Tellia, Marina Lenisa, Marco Comini, Paolo Coppola, Stefano Mizzaro (Udine); Stefano Rovetta, Marina Ribaudo, Barbara Catania (Genoa); María Alpuente Frasnedo, José Hernández, Salvador Lucas, M.
